CNIPA, as the European association federating all major Institutes of Patent and Trademark Attorneys throughout Europe, is dedicated to work at coordinating actions of our member Institutes at National and European level. Our ultimate aim is to constantly refine our professional status, rules, training and competence so as to allow each of our free professionals to ever better advise and represent European industry, European inventors and European creators for their intellectual property strategies.
To this aim, our Association continuously monitors legislations and needs, shares experience, and takes and promotes collective positions on topical subjects.
