Resolution on IP Attorneys Entering into Legal Association with Attorneys-at-Law - PARIS, JULY 01st, 2006.
Resolution: Closer relationships between attorneys-at-law and patent attorneys can prove more efficient for providing combined legal advice to clients and can better defend clients’ interests in IP matters. CNIPA, at a meeting in Paris on 1st July 2006, approved a resolution which reads as follows: “Registered IP Attorneys and Attorneys-at-Law should be entitled to enter into legal association in all EU and EEA member states.” |
